PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 24th day of September 1981.

Declaring a Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for railway purposes, from and after the 28th day of September 1981.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Sacred Heart Girls’ College, Hamilton, Board of Governors’ Notice 1980.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on 17 November 1980.
2. The Board of Governors of Sacred Heart Girls’ College, Hamilton, shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the education board of the district in which the school is situated;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
   (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.
