CORRIGENDUM

Redefinition of Boundaries of the Southern Southland Pest Destruction District

(Notice No. 2370, Ag. 6/13/2/6A)

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 1980, No. 49, p. 1268, line 3 of the second order, the word “exclude” is deleted and substituted with the word “include”.


Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Taranaki Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 3rd day of June 1954* notifying and declaring an area of land to be a Wildlife Refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of August 1981.

Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Otago Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke item 8 as described in the Schedule attached to the warrant published on the 16th day of May 1957* notifying and declaring 9 areas of land to be Wildlife Refuges.


Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of August 1981.

Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Wellington

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 14th day of September 1981

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, described as follows;

Area m²

71 Part Lot 2, D.P. 11727; marked ‘D’ on plan.

260 Part Section 171, Town of Wellington; marked ‘E’ on plan.

157 Part Section 171, D.P. 4490, Town of Wellington; marked ‘G’ on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 32126, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington and thereon marked as above mentioned.
