Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for local purpose (site for nursery), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves hereby declares the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, and also hereby declares the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purposes (site for a public hall), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
