PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 20th day of November 1980, published in Gazette, 27 November 1980, No. 140, at page 3757, declaring land to be taken for the transmission of electricity (housing) in the Borough of Wairoa, by omitting the words “All certificate of title D2/676” and substituting “Balance of certificate of title D2/676.”

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 22nd day of October 1980, published in Gazette, 30 October 1980, No. 128, at page 3195, declaring land taken, subject to certain rights, for a residence established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, in the Borough of Havelock North, by omitting the words “sewage rights” and substituting “together with appurtenant sewage rights”.
