Setting Apart Land Held for Housing Purposes for a Museum
in Block I, Belmont Survey District, City of Porirua

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken
for housing purposes and vested in the Porirua City Council
by a Proclamation dated the 27th day of January 1969, and
published in the Gazette of 6 February 1969, No. 6, at p. 161.
Now therefore pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1952, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart
Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart
as from the 4th day of February 1981 for a museum.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Belmont Survey
District, City of Porirua, described as follows:

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition
to Hamner State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63a (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as
substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act
1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State
forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest
park which shall hereby form part of the Hamner State
Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—AMURI COUNTY

8.0937 hectares, more or less, being Section 93, square 186,
situated in Block III, Tekoa Survey District, all certificate of
title, Volume Amuri 11, folio 298. As shown on plan M 32/2,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of January 1981.

The Town and Country Planning (Wellington Regional
Scheme, Principal Section) Order 1981

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of
January 1981

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council,
hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as
   the Town and Country Planning (Wellington Regional Scheme,
   Principal Section) Order 1981.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 16th day of
February 1981.

2. Principal section of Wellington Regional Scheme approved
   —The principal section of the Wellington Regional Scheme
   as reviewed in accordance with the provisions of the Town
   and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Wellington Regional
   Council in 1980, and held in the office of the Commissioner
   of Works under reference number WEL 18 is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of principal section of Wellington
   Regional Scheme—The principal section of the Wellington
   Regional Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall
   come into force on the 16th day of February 1981.
