Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Awahuri Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of Awahuri Scenic Reserve.

Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

Waipapa Point Scenic Reserve. 15.7757 hectares, more or less. Okiwi Bay Scenic Reserve. 12.9904 hectares, more or less. Part Section 2 of 2, Mangaunu Maori Block, situated in Block XIII, Puhi Puhi Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by part Proclamation 171. S.O. Plans 834 and 3840.

Paparoa Point Scenic Reserve. 10.5142 hectares, more or less, (10.4383 hectares balance area by part proclamation 171). Part Section 4 of 2, Mangaunu Maori Block, situated in Block XV, Puhi Puhi Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by part Proclamation 171. S.O. Plans 834 and 3840.

Hapuku Scenic Reserve. 48.5421 hectares, more or less. Parts Section 59, Block V, Mount Fyffe Survey District.
