ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, County of Whangarei, containing 2.04 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-westernmost corner of Lot 23, D.P. 57146 (Road Reserve), and proceeding northerly along the eastern boundary of part Horahora No. 2 as shown on S.O. 36025 for a distance of 80 metres; thence south-westerly along a right line to the north-easternmost corner of part Horahora No. 2, as shown on S.O. 36023; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said part Horahora No. 2 and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said part No. 2 for a distance of 50 metres; thence north-easterly along a right line to a point on the eastern boundary of part Horahora No. 2, as shown on S.O. 36025, 70 metres southward of the south-westernmost corner of Lot 23, D.P. 57146 (Road Reserve); thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said part No. 2 to the point of commencement.

THE RIGHT HON. D. MACINTYRE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land located at No. 9 Wharf, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga Harbour, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been reclaimed by the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board without the necessary approvals in terms of sections 175 to 178 of the Harbours Act 1950.
Now acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council His Excellency the Governor-General acting pursuant to sections 175 to 178 and 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby validates and approves the reclamation of the said land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 8766 square metres, more or less, being part of Survey Block VII, Tauranga, as more particularly shown on plan MD 16064, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
