NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of ORIGINAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE CO. LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on 19 August 1981, an extraordinary resolution was passed that it could not by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it was advisable to wind up and that the Official Assignee be appointed provisional liquidator.

Accordingly, a meeting of creditors will be held on the Sixth Floor, Media House, 5 High Street, Auckland, on the 14th day of September 1981, at 10 a.m.

Business:
(1) Appointment of a creditor or director or any other person to preside at the meeting.
(2) Consideration of a statement of position of the company’s affairs and a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims.
(3) Appointment of a liquidator.
(4) Fixing remuneration of the liquidator.
(5) Appointment of a committee of inspection if thought fit.
