Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Momorangi Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for local purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Momorangi Bay Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.

Classification and Change of Name of the Blue Duck Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scientific purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve, known as the Blue Duck Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Blue Duck Scientific Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hurunui County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Rodney County Council.
