Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Land hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Auckland City Council on the 28th day of May 1981:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land (held by the said City in fee simple) and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Auckland City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Auckland City Council in trust for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Auckland City Council and Appointment of the Auckland Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting of control of the local purpose reserve (site for a kindergarten), described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Auckland Kindergarten Association to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose reserve (site for a kindergarten).
