Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Saltwater Lagoon Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Saltwater Lagoon Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
