PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the interest in the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Ray Simpson, of Whitianga, farmer, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, No. 20D/420, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken, as to the land described in the said Second Schedule, for the purposes of a road and, as to the land described in the said Third Schedule, for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road from and after the 3rd day of September 1981.
