NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 13th day of August 1981, presented to the said Court
by LEONARD ALEX MIGOUNOFF of Auckland; and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on Wednesday, the 9th day of September 1981,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

shall be that of export merchants and the export to all parts
of the world of goods of every type and description, together
with such other business (but not banking or insurance) as
the general partner may from time to time determine may
conveniently or suitably be carried on with the aforementioned
business and as may be proposed by the general partner and
approved in writing by a majority (in value) of the special
partners.
(E) Principal Place of Business—Auckland or such other or
alternative place as may be determined from time to time by
the general partner.
(F) Term of Partnership—Commencement: 1st day of
August 1981; Termination: 31st day of March 1988.

We, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto
and TREX INTERNATIONAL (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incorpo-
rated company having its registered office at Auckland, do
hereby form and constitute a special partnership under the
provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and do
further certify pursuant to the provisions of Part II of the
Partnership Act 1908, and the provisions of section 51 of
the said Act as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is
to be conducted is Trex International (N.Z.) Limited
& Company.
(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners
are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
(c) The special partners have contributed to the common
stock of the partnership the sums listed against their
respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general
partner has not contributed to the common stock of
the partnership.
(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by
the special partnership is that of importers and
exporters of goods of all kinds, general traders,
agents, distributors, manufacturers, dealers in real
and personal property, civil and building contractors
and financiers.
(e) The principal place at which the business is to be trans-
acted is at the registered office of the general partner
at 2 Kari Street, Grafton, Auckland.
(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of regis-
tration of the certificate and is to terminate on the 31st
day of March 1988.
