PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence, from and after the 15th day of January 1981.

Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Water Works in the City of Whangarei

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water works, and a right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for water works, vesting in the Whangarei City Council the rights contained in the provisions of paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, and a water supply easement appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for water works vesting in the Whangarei City Council the rights contained in paragraphs 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, from and after the 15th day of January 1981.
