Notice by Examiner of Commercial Practices of Consents to a Merger and Takeover Proposal

PURSUANT to Section 69 of the Commerce Act 1975, the Director of Business Practices of the Department of Trade and Industry, the duly authorised delegate of the Examiner of Commercial Practices, hereby gives notice of the following merger and takeover proposal to which he has consented.

Person by or on behalf of whom notice was given in terms of section 68 (1) of the Commerce Act 1975

Matahi Farms Ltd., Rawanui Farm Ltd., Waiau Station Properties Ltd., and Waiau Station Ltd.

Proposal

Matahi Farms Ltd., and Rawanui Farm Ltd., will acquire the land known as Waiau Station from Waiau Station Properties Ltd., and the livestock, chattels and sundry farm assets situated on that property and held by Waiau Station Ltd.

Date of Consent

14 August 1980
