Further Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Masterton

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby further amends the Declaration dated the 16th day of October 1978, and published in Gazette, 23 November 1978, No. 102, at page 3199, as amended by the notice dated the 15th day of November 1979, and published in Gazette, 22 November 1979, No. 107, at page 3610, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Masterton, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
