THE notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 7 August 1980, p. 2352, is to read as follows:

Amending a Proclamation Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work and not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Blocks I and IV, Toetoes Survey District, Southland County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 30th day of April 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 1980, No. 55, at page 1415, declaring land acquired for a local work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, in Blocks I and IV,
Toetoes Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the legal description of the land described firstly in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following legal description.

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 43 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964 (as amended by section 2 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment Act 1971), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints the members from time to time of Messrs Hutchison, Hull and Company and Messrs McCulloch Menzies, chartered accountants, to be the auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand for the period 1 September 1980 to 30 June 1982 inclusive.
The Order in Council dated 18 June 1979 appointing Messrs Hutchison, Hull and Company and Messrs Clarke, Menzies and Company is hereby revoked.
