Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Kawerau Borough Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Kawerau Borough Council in trust for that purpose.

Pursuant to section 2 of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto is a motor cycle for the purposes of the said Act.
