Part of the Wanganui River Reserves Board

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block II Alton Survey
District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the
Crown by the Wallace County Council pursuant to the
said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said
land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948.

Change of the Name of the Rangikapiti Pa Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares that the reserve for historic purposes,
described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Rangika-
piti Pa Scenic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as the Rangi-
kapiti Pa Historic Reserve.
