Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 29th day of May 1979, and published in the Gazette, 28 June 1979, No. 59, at page 1963, declaring land taken for a State primary school in the City of Lower Hutt, by omitting the words “from and after the 28th day of June 1979” and substituting the words “together with the right of way intended to be created by the operation of section 90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and specified in casement certificate No. 953593, from and after the 28th day of June 1979”.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of November 1979, published in the Gazette, 15 November 1979, No. 104, at page 3303, declaring land held for the Onehunga-Manurewa (via Mangere) Motorway and for better utilisation, to be set apart for State housing purposes in the City of Manukau, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the words “All Gazette notice 040038” from the third line of the Second Schedule, and substituting the words “Part Gazette notice 040038”.
