Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road in Block VIII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of August 1979, published in the Gazette, 6 September 1979, No. 83, at page 2630, proclaiming land as road in Block VIII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the words “part Proclamation 1734”, from the fourth line of the First Schedule, and substituting the words “part Proclamation 17375”.
