State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to North-west Nelson State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the North-west Nelson State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
32.3750 hectares, more or less, situated in Block V, Whakapoi Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan 12380, and thereon bordered by a bold black line.
As shown on plan L26/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1980.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1980.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Whangara Survey District, described as follows:
