Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing to the appropriate office as indicated by the identification reference on or before 21 August 1980. Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:

(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Proposal to Surrender Grants of Plant Selectors’ Rights (Notice No. 2422, Ag. P.V. 3/3)

PURSUANT to section 20 (5) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that applications for the surrender of grants as specified in the Schedule hereto, have been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. Any objections to these applications for surrender must be lodged with the Registrar within 1 calendar month of the date of publication of this Gazette. Such objections must comply with regulation 19 of the Plant Varieties Regulations 1975.
