PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto,
held by John Rex Haley of Christchurch, salesman, under
and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 149,
recorded in register book, Volume 2D, folio 665, is hereby
taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 31st
day of July 1980.
