NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of DUNOLLY HOLDINGS LTD. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above company which is being wound up, does hereby fix the 15th day of August 1980 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of S. B. SPOONER LTD. (in voluntarily liquidation, members winding up).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Rotorua on the 10th day of March 1980, the following special resolution was passed, viz:
That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, and that Raymond Douglas Dine be, and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up, and that the remuneration of Raymond Douglas Dine be ascertained in accordance with the scale of charges usually adopted by chartered accountants for the payment of liquidators of companies being wound up voluntarily.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WEST CITY MOTORWORLD LTD. (in liquidation):
THE undersigned, the liquidators of West City Motorworld Ltd., which is being wound up by Court order, will be making a first distribution to unsecured creditors in the near future. Proofs of debt have already been called for and have been submitted in most cases.
Final notice is now given that 22 August 1980 is hereby fixed as the day on or before which any creditors who have not already filed proofs of debt should file same or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
