EVIDENCE of the loss of the certificates of title described in the Schedule below, having been lodged with me together with application for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof; notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

Certificate of title, Volume 308, folio 225, containing 680 square metres, more or less, situate in the Borough of Otaki, being Lot 87 on Deposited Plan 5421, in the name of James Richard Large of Lower Hutt, company director. Application 363909.

Certificate of title, Volume 471, folio 197, containing 1042 square metres, more or less, situate in the Borough of Marton, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 11651, in the name of Douglas Affleck Ireland of Marton, psychiatric nurse, and Anna Bella Reid Ireland, his wife. Application 364846.1.

Dated at the Land Registry Office, Wellington, this 21st day of July 1980.
