Amending a Notice Declaring Road in Westland County to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of March 1979, published in Gazette, 5 April 1979, No. 28, at page 1026, declaring road in Westland County to be a Government road and to be stopped, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the piece of road tentatively described in the Schedule, and substituting the following piece of road.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 690 square metres, situated in Block IV, Turiwhate Survey District, adjoining or passing through Rural Section 2206; as shown on plan S.O. 5942, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to and Together with the Benefit of a Drainage Easement for a Teacher’s Residence in the Borough of Waihi

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to and together with the benefit of the drainage easement appurtenant thereto, as set out in easement certificate H.077057.3, South Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence from and after the 24th day of July 1980.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 847 square metres, situated in the Borough of Waihi, being Lot 2, D.P.S. 20663, and being part Sections 321 and 286, Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1948, on or under the land and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said land.
