Road Closed and Incorporated in Adjoining Crown Lease, and Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, and declares that the road described in the First Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown Lease R. L. No. 300, recorded in the register book, Volume 37, folio 154, Hawke’s Bay Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen, as to one undivided two-thirds share by Arthur James Poole, of Motca, farmer, and Myra Annie Poole, his wife, and as to one undivided one-third share by the said Myra Annie Poole, as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 340852.2, 359828.1, and 359828.2, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and hereby further declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be vested in Arthur James Poole, of Dannevirke, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 215286, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

Declaring Land, and an Easement Over Land, to be Taken for a Reservoir in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right to lay and maintain a pipeline with all accessories, and to conduct water through the same, and to enter for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the said pipeline is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for a reservoir and shall vest in the Franklin County Council from and after the 24th day of July 1980.
