John Augustus Atkins Esquire, barrister and solicitor, of Auckland,

to be a member of the Auckland No. 1 Land Valuation Tribunal.

Reappointment of a Member of the New Zealand Dairy Board (No. 2416, Ag. 3349)

NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture that pursuant to section 3 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Ernest Arthur Craig, Chartered Accountant, Tauranga (as a Government representative)

to be a member of the New Zealand Dairy Board for a 4 year term from 1 July 1980.

Crown Land Set Apart for the Transmission of Electricity (Substation) in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the transmission of electricity (substation) from and after the 24th day of July 1980.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights reserved in transfer 14737, South Auckland Land Registry, for teachers’ residences from and after the 24th day of July 1980.
