In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 19 June 1980, page 1813, regarding the licensed premises known as the Newmarket Tavern, Auckland, clause (a) is to read as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day), opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line in Block III, Waitemata Survey District, and Blocks XI and XV, Waiwera Survey District, Viz, the Albany-Silverdale 220 kV Transmission Line

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Electricity Act 1968, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the proclamation dated the 24th day of March 1980, published in Gazette, 10 April 1980, No. 35, at page 1037, defining the middle line of the Albany-Silverdale 220 kV transmission line to be constructed in Block III, Waitemata Survey District, and Blocks XI and XV, Waiwera Survey District, by deleting the figure “80” in the body of the proclamation and substituting the figure “20”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 16th day of May 1980, and published in Gazette, 29 May 1980, No. 62, at page 1617, taking land for the purposes of an accessway, and for the purposes of a service lane in Block III, Tāhoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke Borough, by omitting the words “Dannevirke County Council”, and substituting the words “Dannevirke Borough Council”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1980.
