State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition
to Catlins State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as
substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act
1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State
forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest
park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest
Park.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—CLUTHA COUNTY—SOUTHLAND
CONSERVANCY

Sections 5 and 7, Block V, Woodland Survey District, area
211.4887 hectares, more or less (part S.O. 2035).

Also section 21, Block XIV, Rimu SD, area 75.3094 hectares,
more or less (part S.O. 1458).

As shown on plan S. 184/18 and 19, deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
4th day of July 1980.

The Energy Supply (Otorohanga District Council) Order 1980

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 14th day of July
1980

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS His Excellency the Governor-General is of the
opinion that an adequate supply of compressed natural gas
and an adequate supply of liquefied petroleum gas are not
available in the district of the Otorohanga District Council
and will not be available in that district within a reasonable
period from any person (other than the Otorohanga District
Council) carrying on or about to commence to carry on
business within that district:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 520 (c) of the Local
Government Act 1974 (as inserted by section 2 of the Local
Government Amendment Act 1979), His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited
   as the Energy Supply (Otorohanga District Council) Order

(2) This order shall come into force on the 14th day after
the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Consent—The Governor-General hereby consents to the
   Otorohanga District Council supplying compressed natural
   gas and liquefied petroleum gas within its district.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

1. This order may be cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire
   District Order 1959, Amendment No. 5 and shall be read
   together with and deemed part of the order constituting the
   Moutere Hills Rural Fire District made on the 17th day of
   June 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
