NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 24th day of June 1980, presented to the said Court by CABLE PRICE CORPORATION LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 108 The Terrace, Wellington, and carrying on business as motor vehicle dealers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch, on the 30th day of July 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAİKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TO BE STOPPED IN THE PUKETAHA AREA
In the matter of the Local Government Act 1974
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, to execute a certain public work, namely the stopping of a certain public road as described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the road so required to be stopped is deposited at the offices of the Waikato County Council, Clyde Street, Hamilton East, and there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or to the stopping of the said road, set forth in writing and send the written objection to the office of the Council, before the 20th day of August 1980, and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Waihi Beach Riding, taken on 7 July 1980, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $1,143,000, to be known as the Waihi Joint Water Supply Loan 1980, for the purpose of providing the Ohinemuri County Council’s share of the cost of a joint water supply scheme and incidentals thereto for Waihi Borough, Waihi Beach Community, and portion of the Ohinemuri County, and reimbursing the general bank account the amount previously expended resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was … 298
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was … 494
The number of informal votes was … 2
I therefore declare the proposal was rejected.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IS HELD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Schedule to the notice of intention to change the purpose for which land is held, published on page 78 of the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, on the 10th day of January 1980, contained incorrect references to the area of land and to the plan on which the land is shown.
The correct area of land is 38 square metres, and is marked with the letter “A”, and shown on a plan lodged in the Survey Office at Auckland under No. S.O. 54397.

I, Rami Douglas Mu, Assistant Registrar of Companies at Auckland, do certify that an order of Court dated the 29th day of April 1980, confirming the reduction of the share premium account of Cooks New Zealand Wine Co. Ltd., by the distribution up to the sum of $462,699 from the account standing to the credit of the share premium reserve account, was registered under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, on the 15th day of May 1980.
