of TOKOMARU EAST FORESTRY COMPANY LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court
of New Zealand, dated the 28th day of May 1980, con-
firming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named
company from $270,000 to $240,000, and the minute approved
by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the
company as altered, the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of
Companies on the 27th day of June 1980. The said minute
is in the words and figures following:

The capital of Tokomaru East Forestry Company Limited
is $240,000 divided into 240,000 ordinary shares of $1
each, paid up to 55.555c per dollar each, having been
reduced from $270,000 divided into 270,000 shares of
$1 each, paid up to 55.555c per dollar.
