Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Rangiwahia Recreation Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Corporation

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (off street parking), and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Porirua City Corporation in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Reserves and Appointment of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Te Awamutu Free Kindergarten Association to control and manage the reserves for education (pre-school) purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for education (pre-school) purposes.
