Declaring Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government, from and after the 10th day of July 1980.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for a Lighthouse in Block I, Karikari Survey District, Mangonui County

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a lighthouse, such land to be used for an automatic lighthouse beacon; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Tokerau Beach and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3.9180 hectares, being part Whakapouaka Block; as shown on plan S.O. 51426, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.

The said piece of land is situated at Cape Karikari.

Land Proclaimed Road, Road Closed and Vested and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Block IX, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Masterton County Council; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Maureen Anne Lees, married woman, James Lowry Lees, engineer, and Donald MacFarlane Purves Hay, public accountant, all of Wellington, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 654200 and 243728.1; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D. P. F. 649, recorded in Register Book Volume 11B, folio 531, held by Ronald Frederick Williams of Dannevirke, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 088244.1, 140990.1, 174992.1, and 293483.1, Wellington Land Registry.
