Appointment of the Te Pohue - Upper Mohaka Domain Board
to Control and Manage A Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Te Pohue - Upper Mohaka Domain Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rangitikei County
Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (site for a public hall) and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Rangitikei County Council in trust for that purpose.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Marlborough County Council on the 23rd day of May 1980:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve
be Part of the Weedons Recreation Reserve
