ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 12th day of December 1979, presented to the said Court by MCINDOE WINES & SPIRITS LIMITED; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wanganui on Friday, the 22nd day of February 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Roads to be Stopped in the Cambridge Area
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, to execute a certain public work namely the stopping of certain public roads as described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of roads so required to be stopped are deposited at the offices of the Waikato County Council, Clyde Street, Hamilton East, and there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the stopping of the said public roads, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth in writing and send the written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Planning Tribunal Division, Department of Justice, Postal Centre, Private Bag, Wellington; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SOUTHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that the Southland County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto in connection with improvements to Elder Road situated between Chatton-Maitland Road and Milne Road.
A plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the office of the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Invercargill, and is open for public inspection without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons having objections to the proposed taking of land must state their objection in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Department of Justice, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within forty (40) days of the 7th day of February 1980 being the date of the first publication of this notice.
If any such objection shall be made a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 30 January 1980, at Napier, was 270.39 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
