Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks IX, XII, and XIII Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Whangaroa County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification of Change of Name of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Takahanga Historic Reserve, to be classified as a reserve, for local purpose (site for a marae), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Takahanga Marae.
