Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for St. Johns Ambulance Subcentre), subject to the provisions of the said Act:
