all of Christchurch, solicitors; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch
on the 16th day of July 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
11th day of June 1980, presented to the said Court by
FERGUSON EARTHMOVING COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Hokitika, and
carrying on business in Greymouth as civil engineers and
general contractors; and that the said petition is directed to
be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 9th
day of July 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council
proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take the fee simple estate in the land described in the
First Schedule hereto for a certain public work, namely a
service lane, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto for a certain public work, namely a car park.

The general purpose for which the land to be taken is to
be used is for a service lane in respect of the land in the
First Schedule, and a car park in respect of the land in the
Second Schedule.

A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited
in the public office of the Auckland City Council, being
numbered 951, and being at the offices of the City Planner,
on the Eighth Floor of the Civic Administration Building,
Greys Avenue, Auckland, and is there open for inspection.

Every person directly affected is called upon to set forth
in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking
of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, and to send the written objection
within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to
the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The
Terrace, Wellington.

If any objection is made in accordance with paragraph d,
subsection 1, section 6, Public Works Amendment Act 1973,
a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the
objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.

Land Registration District.
