NOTICE

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Life Insurance (Company Default) Notice 1980.

2. Publication—This notice shall be published in the newspaper known as The New Zealand Herald.

3. Notice of default—Pursuant to section 28 of the Life Insurance Act 1908, notice is hereby given of the default described in the Preamble to this notice.

4. Prohibition on transacting business—Pursuant to section 38 of the Life Insurance Act 1908, the Company is hereby prohibited from transacting business in New Zealand for the period of 9 months beginning with the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the newspaper known as The New Zealand Herald.
