PROVISIONS FOR SPECIAL PRICES
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing provisions of this order, and subject to such conditions, if any, as he thinks fit, the Secretary, on application by any retailer, may authorise special maximum prices in respect of any Ecuadorian bananas to which this order applies where special circumstances exist, or for any reason extraordinary charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the retailer. Any authority given by the Secretary under this clause may apply with respect to a specified lot or consignment of bananas, or may relate generally to all Ecuadorian bananas to which this order applies sold by the retailer while approval remains in force.
DUTY IMPOSED ON RETAILERS
- Every retailer who offers or exposes for sale in any shop any Ecuadorian bananas, to which this order applies shall keep in a prominent position, in such proximity to the bananas to which it relates as to be obviously in relation thereto, a ticket, placard, or label on which shall be stated in legible and prominent characters the following particulars:
(a) The retail price a kilogram of the bananas.
(b) The word "Ecuadorian".

Classification of Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MANUKAU CITY
4916 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 401, Pakuranga Parish (formerly Lot 68 and part Lot 81, D.P. 49813, and part Lot 86, D.P. 43901), situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District. All certificate of title 5C/252 and part certificates of title 5C/253 and 228. S.O. Plan 54622. Local purpose (site for community buildings).
1.1942 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 402, Pakuranga Parish (formerly Lot 83 and part Lot 81, D.P. 49813, and part Lot 86, D.P. 43901), situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District. Classification of Reserves and Declaration that the Reserves be Part of the Trounson Kauri Park Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserves to form part of the Trounson Kauri Park Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
