Declaring Land Taken for Hospital Purposes in the City of Wanganui

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes, and shall vest in the Wanganui Hospital Board, from and after the 19th day of June 1980.
