IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of AGRI-BUILD (SOUTHLAND) LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book
signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies
Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 4th day of
June 1980, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and
that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company
will accordingly be held at Federated Farmers Lounge, Forth
Street, Invercargill, on Friday the 13th day of June 1980, at
2 o'clock in the afternoon.

Business:

Consideration of a statement of the position of the com-
pany's affairs and list of creditors.

Nomination of liquidator.

Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the
registered office of the company, care of Messrs Barnes,
Drummond & Tomlin, Don Street, Invercargill (P.O. Box
1206), no later than 4 p.m. on the 12th day of June 1980.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of REDFURN FURNISHERS LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 290 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the offices of Lawrence
Anderson Buddle, chartered accountants, Seventh Floor, Lamb-
ton House, 152 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Friday the
20th day of June 1980, at 3.30 p.m., for the purpose of having
an account laid before it showing how the winding up has
been conducted during the preceding year, and to receive
any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of
him. A proxy need not also be a member.
