LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificates of title (Canterbury Registry), described in the Schedule having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new titles in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue the same upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the certificate of title, Volume 2A, folio 1091 (Westland Registry), in the name of Doreen Mabel Fitzpatrick of Greymouth, for 835 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 906 (Town of Karoro Extension No. 5), and being part of Rural Section 2538, Block XII, of the Greymouth Survey District.

Application 57311.1 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of lease 16818 (South Auckland Registry), over that parcel of land containing 792 square metres, more or less, being Lots 9 and 10, on Deposited Plan 17135, in the name of the Hamilton City Council as lessor, and General Accessory Buildings Ltd., as lessees, having been lodged with me together with an application H. 289103 to issue a provisional copy of memorandum of lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional copy on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
