National Roads Board—Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway
Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Board Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby gives notice that it further varies the notice of Declaration of S.H. No. 16, dated 20 July 1962, published in the Gazette 26 July 1962, No. 47, p. 1195, to include those areas described in the Schedule hereto.

Industries Development Commission Notice No. 1980/4—Inquiry Concerning the New Zealand Plastics Industry
(1) In its notice 1980/3 dated 5 May 1980, the Commission advised interested parties of the timetable, order and content of the public hearings to be held on the New Zealand plastics industry.
(2) The public hearing dealing with Sector 1 (plastics, resins in powder, granules, flakes, blocks, lumps or similar bulk forms; resins in liquid or paste forms) has been deferred and will now commence at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday 8 July. The final date for the receipt of formal submissions on this sector has also been deferred until 27 June.

Dangerous Goods Act 1974—Approval of Pump for Refuelling Dangerous Goods of Class 2 (d)
Pursuant to section 30 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974, as amended by section 3 of the Dangerous Goods Amendment Act 1976, the Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods hereby approves the following type of pump for the purpose of refuelling fuel tanks attached to, or forming an integral part of, a motor vehicle with liquefied petroleum gas.
