The Traffic (Pukekohe Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated the 29th day of October 1976† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is hereby revoked.

Wellington Teachers College Council Amendment Notice 1980

PURSUANT to section 67b of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby makes the following variation of the Wellington Teachers College Council Notice 1975* (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Notice") (as varied by the Variation of Notices Reconstituting the Councils of Teachers Colleges Notice 1978†).

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Wellington Teachers College Council Amendment Notice 1980.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
  2. Clause 2 of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking paragraph (1) of subclause (1) and substituting the following paragraphs:
    (l) The National Librarian;
    (m) Not more than 5 members to be appointed by the Minister of Education on the nomination of the Wellington Teachers College Council, each being a person who in the opinion of that council has special knowledge and experience of education or who has a special interest in cultural and educational activities.
