Declaring Easements over Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Christchurch and Waimairi County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the rights of way and electricity easements described in the First Schedule hereto are hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the electricity easements described in the said First Schedule are hereby taken over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for electricity purposes, and that such easements and rights of way shall vest in the Christchurch City Council from and after the 12th day of June 1980.
