PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the mining easement created by conveyance 173870 (R112/262), confirmed by deed 178252 (R120/516), South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, from and after the 12th day of June 1980.
