Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Incorporated in Adjoining Crown Lease in Block XVI, Ongo Survey District, Kiwitea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Kiwitea County Council, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which road shall, when so closed vest, as to the land firstly and secondly described in the said Second Schedule, in Fernbryn Farm Limited at Palmerston North, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 938155, as to the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, in Charles Nelson Claude Leicester of Waituna West, farmer, and John Alexander Lowbridge Bennett of Palmerston North, solicitor (jointly inter se) as to an undivided one-half share, and the said Charles Nelson Claude Leicester as to the other undivided half share, as to the road fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, and eighthly described in the said Second Schedule, in Thomas Allen Cuming of Waituna West, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 950920 and 138632.1, and hereby further declares that the road minutely described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 729, recorded in register book No. C1/526, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alan John Eames of Waituna West, farmer.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease and Land Resumed in Block I, Kawarau Survey District, Lake County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto is hereby closed, and that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Jeffrey Leicester Ware of Christchurch, accountant, and Jocelyn Dale Ware, his wife, as tenants in common, in equal shares, subject to mortgage No. 423623, agreement 436746, and mortgages No. 445207, 485794, 526247/2, and 526247/3, and that the road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease P257, recorded in certificate of title No. A2/1318, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Jeffrey Leicester Ware of Christchurch, accountant, and Jocelyn Dale Ware, his wife, as tenants in common, in equal shares, subject to mortgages No. 423623, 485794, 526247/2, and 526247/3, and hereby resumes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
